Reconciliation is about taking meaningful action. At RiverCity Ferries, we are committed to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through respectful relationships, inclusive practices, and real opportunities.

Reconciliation Action Plan

RiverCity Ferries is part of the Kelsian Group, and we now align with the Kelsian Group Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This ensures our approach to reconciliation is consistent across the broader organisation and supports long-term, measurable outcomes.

about the rap

Creating Real Opportunities with Real Outcomes

Through the Kelsian RAP, we focus on building understanding and respect for First Nations cultures and histories, supporting employment and supplier opportunities and strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

For RiverCity Ferries, implementing the RAP will promote opportunity and capacity building for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in our community – creating real opportunities with real outcomes.
